• Fermented drinks like Brandy, beer, whiskey, gin, vodka and rum
• Avoid vinegar and anything that has been topped up with bigger like pickles, salads, sauces and mincemeat
• Processed foods like sodas, chips, cheese, ham, mushrooms, coffee, chocolates, peanut butter and tea

• Vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, avocado, asparagus, onions, radish, pepper, tomatoes and spinach
• Desserts can include strawberries, raspberry, yogurt and blackberries
• Nuts and seeds like almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds and pecans
• Herbal tea, peppermint tea, soy milk, ginger tea, green tea and protein shakes
• Chicken, fish, eggs, beef, goat, button etc
Some herbs which you would like to include in your diet would include Rosemary, garlic, lemon balm and marjoram. Combine these herbs with a good amount of vegetables and clean water and you have a fresh recipe that can clear your body of any infection and keep it from returning.
It is important to include vitamins C along with a healthy diet which makes it a great way to reduce the risk of recurring yeast infection. Vitamins C can be obtained from natural sources like orange juice and other fruits. You could either take supplements or use vegetable sources like green cabbage, broccoli, pepper and sprouts.
