What size elbow macaroni do you use to make Hawaiian macaroni salad?
I got the BEST hawaiian macaroni salad recipe from my previous hula kumu (teacher) and so I went to the market to get all the ingredients when I was faced with the dilemma of there being two sizes of elbow macaroni available, sml. and lrg. Which he failed to inform me what size to get, and now he is m.i.a. in Tahiti. So if anyone can help me out it would be great! I'm planning on making lots for the 4th of July.
